I’m certain that as you’re shopping for some good mattress pads, you will stumble upon this mattress which was termed as “Memory Foam”. So what is this “memory form mattress”? Will it increase your memory capacity?

Obviously not! Let me enlighten you a little more on it.

Memory form is a type of foam that was developed by NASA’s Ames Research Center. The goal of this foam is to protect the aircraft by adding some pad. Charles A. Yost, the contributing inventor of the foam also called it “temper foam”.

Gradually, this type of foam has received some commercial interests. It was initially used in medical insitutions where they will support patients to recover. Soon, this type of foam been made available to the consumers. You will see the use of memory foams in beds, pillows and also for laptop bags.

Why is this foam so special? You see, this foam is more dense than other foams. That is why they could take in shocks. You may have seen people dropping an egg of this foam and it doesn’t break.

Now let us explore Memory Foam Mattress.

I had personally tested such mattresses in the shops. According to the saleperson, there are 2 groups of people when it comes to these mattresses: One will love it and the other will not like it at all.

For me, I like it. However, my spouse doesn’t like it. When I tried it, it feels very comfortable as the mattress will fit my body shape instantly. But, one thing about such mattress is that you will find it difficult to move your body while sleeping. Now, that is one big reason why my spouse didn’t like about.

Be warned: Never use memory foams for infants. The reason is that infants will find it difficult to turn their bodies due to it’s custom-fit properties. Leaving your infants on such mattress will multiply the risks of death.

In conclusion, try out the mattress. It’s a interesting encounter when you find yourself dipping into the mattress. Or, you can look at electric mattress pad
